11. Chakras

The chakras are energy centers in the body that are associated with different emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives. This card indicates you may have something blocking the energy flow through your chakras. Ask your higher self which chakras you need to focus on.

Root Chakra

The first chakra is the root chakra, which is located at the base of the spine and is associated with our sense of safety and security. It is often affected by childhood experiences, as it relates to our basic needs for survival. Healing the root chakra can involve practices such as grounding, which helps us feel connected to the earth and the present moment. Other practices that can help heal the root chakra include yoga, meditation, and spending time in nature.
