16. Create
ACTION CARD: Create art.

This card indicates that it is time for you to tap into your creativity!
Creating art can be a powerful way to heal from past trauma and reconnect with your inner child. When you create art, you can express yourself freely and without judgment. You can explore your thoughts and feelings through color, shape, and movement. You can use art to process your emotions and create a safe space for yourself to explore your inner child. Creating art can also be a way to connect with your creativity and imagination, which may have been suppressed in your childhood.
One way to view creativity is as a spiritual practice, almost like a form of prayer or meditation. When you create, you can tune into the source of inspiration and let your intuition guide you. You can explore your connection to something greater than yourself. You can also view the creative process as a way to align your inner child with your true self. By connecting to your creative spirit, you can heal from past wounds and trauma, and reclaim your sense of joy and playfulness.
Exploring different art forms, like painting, drawing, sculpting, or crafting, can be a wonderful way to tap into your creativity and express yourself. You can also experiment with different mediums, such as clay, charcoal, ink, or watercolor. Try to let go of any expectations or judgment. Art is not about creating something perfect or "good". It's about the process of creating and exploring. So don't worry about making mistakes or being "bad" at art.
Remember to make it playful! Think of yourself as a child and let yourself be curious and spontaneous. You might be surprised by what you create when you're not trying to be perfect. Lastly, let yourself be inspired by anything and everything! Your art can be inspired by nature, emotions, relationships, dreams, symbols, or any other source of inspiration.

Journal Prompts:
- What does "creativity" mean to you? How do you define it for yourself?
- Describe the feeling of being "in the zone" while creating something. What does it feel like, and how do you get there?
- Think about a time when you felt blocked creatively. What helped you break through that block?
- Imagine you have an unlimited budget and all the time in the world. What creative project would you undertake, and why?
-If you could create anything without limitations or fear of judgment, what would it be and why?
Remember, affirmations and journaling can be powerful tools for self-reflection and healing, but it's important to listen to your intuition and adapt them to suit your unique journey.
