How to Use:

The 'Dear Inner Child' affirmation cards are a powerful tool for self-reflection, healing, and personal growth. They offer a gentle and loving way to connect with your inner child, providing guidance and support on your journey of self-discovery. There are no rules for using these cards, allowing you the freedom to explore and interpret their messages in a way that resonates with you. Here are some suggestions on how to make the most of your 'Dear Inner Child' oracle card readings:

1. Set Your Intention:

Before you begin your card reading, take a moment to set your intention. Ask yourself what you would like to gain or explore through this practice. It could be healing a specific inner child wound, gaining clarity on a particular situation, or simply seeking guidance and inspiration. Setting an intention helps create a focused and meaningful experience.

4. Read the Card

Take a moment to observe the artwork on the card. Notice the symbolism, colors, and imagery. Read the affirmation on the card aloud or silently, allowing the words to sink in. Reflect on how the message resonates with you and your current situation.

7. Take Action (if applicable):

There are 14 special action cards. These cards are designed to inspire and encourage you to actively engage with your inner child healing journey. Each card represents a different activity that can help you reconnect and nurture your sense of joy and playfulness. From yoga and creative endeavors to dancing, movie nights, and star gazing, these action cards serve as gentle reminders to take time for yourself and engage in activities that bring you happiness and fulfillment.

2. Shuffle the Cards:

Take the deck of cards in your hands and shuffle them gently. Allow your energy to merge with the cards, infusing them with your intention. You can also take a few deep breaths and center yourself before shuffling, creating a calm and grounded state of mind.

3. Choose a Card:

When you feel ready, choose a card from the deck. Trust your intuition and go with the card that draws your attention or feels right for the present moment. Remember, there are no right or wrong choices—your inner child knows which card holds the message you need to hear.

Each card also features journal prompts. These prompts are designed to deepen your self-reflection and provide a space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Take your journal and pen and allow yourself to freely write or draw your responses to the prompts. There are no right or wrong answers—trust in the wisdom and insights that emerge from your inner child.

In addition to the action cards, several cards in the 'Dear Inner Child' deck include meditations. These guided meditations offer a sacred space for you to connect deeply with your inner child and access a state of healing and peace. Find a quiet, comfortable place and allow yourself to be fully present in the experience.

Throughout the card reading process, trust your intuition. Your inner child knows what you need, and the cards are a channel for their wisdom and guidance.
